NeoMedigen Changes Name To RezGen 5 Ltd.
NeoMedigen Limited, a public company listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, has changed its name to RezGen 5 Limited.
The Company held a Special General meeting of the Shareholders on Friday, 30 August, 2013, wherein the shareholders voted in favor of the name change.NeoMedigen founder and CEO Stuart Garrett commented, “We feel that rebranding the Company will serve to better identify our Company to consumers as our products come to market.”
RezGen 5 is a Bermuda based biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing proprietary, orally available, small molecule drugs with the potential to treat diseases associated with ageing, including metabolic diseases such as Type 2 Diabetes, Alzheimer’s and cardiovascular diseases.
