Video: Nahki Wells Talks With Ilkeston FC
Bermuda’s Nahki Wells attended Antwan Russell’s and Rai Simons’ Ilkeston FC game against King’s Lynn Town on Tuesday [Sept 24] at the New Manor Ground.
Ilkeston fell 4 – 3 to King’s Lynn town in a seven goal thriller which saw them throw away a 3-2 lead twelve minutes from time.
Speaking to Ilkeston TV after the game, Wells said, “It looks like the club is on it’s way up. It’s got a good outlet now with the Bermuda Hogges and Bermuda players coming through, so it looks great.

“Antwan’s experience, I played with him at national level, so I know he can cope with this level,” Wells said.
“I haven’t seen the most of him, but what I have seen he’s got young talent and he can be a good asset for Ilkeston and in the long run…”
“It’s difficult to cope the English game but if you can handle at this level, I think taking a step forward is great experience, and you should see a lot more from him.”
