SPCA White Elephant Sale Needs Donations
The Bermuda SPCA will be holding their annual Expo and Fair event later this month, with their White Elephant Sale taking place in order to help raise money for the many efforts that they spearhead. In order to maximize their ability to raise money, the SPCA is asking anyone with gently-used goods available to donate to contact them in order to make arrangements.
All donated goods will be sold at this weekend’s White Elephant Sale at the annual SPCA Expo and Fair, with all proceeds going towards the operation of the group’s local animal shelter.
Set to take place in the Botanical Gardens, the SPCA Expo and Fair will feature a dog agility competition, a parade of breeds, a pet dog parade, games for children, a fun castle, a cat show, the White Elephant Sale, animal welfare displays, and food and drink throughout.
The SPCA Expo and Fair is set for Saturday, October 12 from 10am through 4pm. Admission is free, with parking costing $4 per vehicle; a donation of a tin of cat or dog food is welcomed and appreciated.
