Court: Postal Worker Charged With Misconduct
Dennis Thomas, 38, pleaded not guilty to misconduct as a person employed to deliver post in today’s [Nov 1] Monthly Arraignment Session in the Supreme Court.
The summary details were that on 27th July 2012, he was alleged to have collected mail that he was not authorized to collect, charges which he denied.
Crown Prosecutor Susan Mulligan said that Thomas’s case was being joined with another case involving similar allegations against other persons. Justice Greaves set trial for 2nd December 2013, and extended Thomas’ bail.
