Man Denies Firearm & Ammunition Charges

55 year old Terry Thomas appeared at this morning’s [Nov 1] Arraignment Session in the Supreme Court, where he faced four charges involving firearms and ammunition. Thomas pleaded not guilty to all four charges.

The charges were that, as a person previously convicted of a crime, and being a person without a firearms licence, he handled a .38 cal revolver, handled 3 rounds of .390 cal and 6 rounds of .38 cal ammunition.

Justice Carlisle Greaves acknowledged the not guilty pleas, set trial for 24 March 2014, and remanded Thomas in custody.
