Butterfield Bank December Share Repurchases
In a 10 January, 2014, filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, the Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited announced that during the month of December 2013, the Bank purchased for Treasury 489,983 Common Shares at an average cost of $1.465 per share. In addition, in December the Bank purchased, for cancellation, 97 8% Preference Shares at an average price of $1,182.00.
