Assured Guaranty Declares $0.11 Dividend
Bermuda-based Assured Guaranty Ltd.declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per common share, an increase of 10% from the dividend of $0.10 per common share that was declared on November 7, 2013.
Assured Guaranty has raised its quarterly dividend for three consecutive years, bringing the total increase to 144% since its November 2011 dividend payment.
The dividend is payable on March 5, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 19, 2014.
