N.TURNERLocal Law firm ASW Law Limited announced the promotion of Nathaniel Turner [pictured], to the role of Director of the firm as of 1 February 2014.

Mr. Turner has been employed by ASW Law Limited for 10 years, having begun his legal career with a 12-month pupilage under the direction of Founding Principal and Head of Litigation, Jan W. Woloniecki in 2004.

Mr. Turner has gained extensive experience in all areas of commercial litigation, practicing in an array of contractual disputes including financial services, banking, trusts, insurance and reinsurance, employment, investment funds, distressed-debt collection, enforcement of foreign judgments and commercial fraud.
