White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. and Star & Shield Group announced that the acquisition of certain assets and liabilities of Star & Shield Holdings LLC, including Star & Shield Risk Management LLC, by a wholly-owned subsidiary of White Mountains has been completed.
White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. is a Bermuda-domiciled financial services holding company traded on the New York Stock Exchange and the Bermuda Stock Exchange under the symbol WTM.
