Blue Capital Completion of Placing Programme
Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund Limited yesterday [Apr 9] filed a statement with the Bermuda Stock Exchange relating to the Placing Programme announced on 17 April 2013. The filing read:
“The Company announces that the Placing Programme, which opened on 16 April 2013, has now completed. The Company has issued, in aggregate, 72,351,028 ordinary shares raising gross proceeds of US$75.3 million pursuant to the programme.”
