Blue Capital Declares $0.30 Quarterly Dividend
Blue Capital Reinsurance Holdings Ltd, a newly-formed Bermuda holding company that offers collateralized reinsurance in the property catastrophe market and invests in various insurance-linked securities, has declared its first quarterly dividend of $0.30 per common share, which is payable on or before April 30, 2014 to holders of record as of April 15, 2014.
In addition, the Company expects to release its first quarter 2014 results after the market close on April 29, 2014. The Company, which commenced operations in November 2013, will not be hosting a conference call to discuss its results for this quarter.
