Photos: Children Enjoy East End Kite Giveaway

Hundreds of free kites were handed out when the OBA East-End Representatives hosted their Easter Community Event on Wednesday [Apr 16] at the east end of Kindley Field Road.

East end MPs Nandi Outerbridge, Kenneth Bascome and Suzann Roberts-Holshouser were on hand to distribute free kites as well as interact with their young constituents.

As parents socialized, children enjoyed playing on the fun castle while collecting their free kite and bottle of bubbles.

Supplies for Bermuda kites were also provided to inmates at the prison farm who made the kites which will be used as prizes for the community events taking place today at St David’s Cricket Club.
