Butterfield Bank April Share Repurchases
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, the Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited announced that during the month of April, 2014, the Bank purchased for Treasury 631,589 common Shares at an average price of $1.986 per share.
In addition, in April, the Bank purchased 10 8% Preference Shares for cancellation at an average price of $1,190.00.
