Photos & Video: Gorham’s Home Fair Weekend
Gorham’s held their Home Fair Weekend event, bringing together local vendors and suppliers as well as members of the public in order to offer demonstrations of tool use and a 3D printer, as well as exposure of a variety of products and services based around renovations and building.
The two-day event included a Contractor’s Night on Friday, May 16, and the Home Fair itself on Saturday, May 17.
The Contractor’s Night drew between 300-350 participants, with food, drinks, and gaming on hand. Gambling was done with play money, allowing attendees to procure a gift ranging in value from $100 to $1,500 at the end of the night, with almost $1,500 being raised for charity in the process.
The products on display during the Home Fair segment included unique offerings like waterproof laminated flooring, and home security was also a topic of conversation at the event, with the Bermuda Police Service and a lock security company on hand to talk to the public about safely securing their homes.
