Day #4: ITF Junior Tennis Tournament Results
The Bank of Bermuda Foundation ITF Junior Tennis Tournament continued at the WER Joell Tennis Stadium, rain made it a long day once again for organizers.
Bermuda pair Taylor McHarg and Tyler Smith defeated Tiffany Davis from the United States of America and Natasha Esschedal from Aruba in a Girls Under 18 Doubles match in three sets 1-6, 6-4, 10-8. Summer Garrison from the United States of America and Mia Smith from Great Britain defeated American pair Jordan Harris and McKenzie Majerle in straight sets 6-3, 7-5.
In Boys 18 Singles Main Draw 2 Round action, number one seed Juan Carlos Aguilar from Bolivia defeated Canadian Jakob Nielsen in straight sets 6-0, 6-2, while Bermuda’s William Boyle went down in straight sets 6-1, 6-3 to John Paul Avila from Mexico.
William Von Hassell from the United States of America defeated Luke Stirling from Bermuda in straight sets 6-1, 6-1. Bermuda’s Nicholas Lines went down in straight sets 6-2, 6-0 to Maxim Borcuti from Canada.
