In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, LOM Funds SAC Ltd. announced changes to the Company’s Board of Directors.
The filing stated: “Please be advised that at the LOM Funds SAC Ltd. board meeting held June 25th, 2014, Donald Lines did not stand for re-election as a director and that Bryan Dooley was elected as a new director.
“The following BSX-listed funds fall under the LOM Funds SAC umbrella: LOM Fixed Income Fund USD, LOM Euro Fixed Income Fund, LOM Stable Income Fund, LOM Equity Growth Fund, LOM Money Market Fund USD, LOM Money Market CAD, and LOM Money Market GBP.”
