The Minister of Finance Richards, attended the Foreign Secretary’s Diplomatic reception on Tuesday 17th June at Lancaster House in London. While there the Minister had the opportunity to have discussions with the UK Foreign Secretary William Hague.

A day late a dollar short the OBA finance minster is standing on the platform already built by former PLP finance minister and premier Cox. I wonder if he will dare advance his economic thesis; that the former PLP government and little Bermuda started the world wide economic recession?

Although we have absolutely no idea what was discussed at this reception, let’s bear in mind that it was a reception not an offical meeting.
@ Alvin Williams, when did the OBA say that the PLP started the worldwide economic recession? And precisely what was Ms Cox’s finance platform that Mr Richards is now building upon? Let’s transparently cut through the propaganda here, what did she achieve for Bermuda in return for the CBE?
