Ombudsman Releases Full Report For 2013
Victoria Pearman, Ombudsman for Bermuda, issued an Annual Report for the 2013 calendar year, which actually covers the work of the Office prior to her appointment in March 2014, with Arlene Brock having served as her predecessor. The complaint summaries include allegations of a store owner verbally abusing a customer, a charity not treating someone fairly, planning/construction issues and an immigration issue.
