Police Investigation Into Woman’s Death Ongoing
The police investigation into the death of a 48 year old woman on Wednesday is ongoing, and the 47 year old man taken into police custody has been released on police bail.
Around 12.10am on Wednesday [Aug 27] first responders were dispatched to a report of an unresponsive female at an Atlantic View, Southampton residence. The 48-year-old Southampton woman was rushed to hospital via ambulance, where she was later pronounced dead.
A police spokesperson said, “The investigation into the sudden death of a 48 year old Southampton woman during the early morning hours of Wednesday, August 27th is ongoing. The 47 year old Southampton man subsequently taken into police custody has since been released on police bail pending further enquiries.”
