Victualling Yard Oktoberfest Dates Announced
Oktoberfest in the Victualling Yard at Dockyard is set for October 1 through October 4, 2014 at the Frog and Onion Pub and Dockyard Brewing Company, promising a traditional and authentic German style beer festival.
The event promo said, “Headlining each evening is one of the world’s outstanding beer hall bands, Oompah Brass, who are, in the words of BBC Radio 2 host Chris Evans, “the Legends in Lederhosen.”
“Featuring amazing Oktoberfest brews from co-sponsors Dockyard Brewing Co. and Burrows & Lightbourn, the tent will be set up in the classic style of long trestle tables where you can enjoy traditional Oktoberfest dishes provided by the Frog and Onion Pub.”
The festivities will begin at 6.00pm each evening and run late, following up on the daily happy hour, which runs from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
