Western County Cricket: Rangers Defeat PHC
PHC won the toss in their Western County Cup match against champions Southampton Rangers sending them to bat. After 50 overs, Southampton Rangers scored 250/8, Captain Janeiro Tucker was the top scorer with 46, while Dion Stovell added 37. Rohaan Simons and Kevin Tucker put on a 58 run 9th wicket partnership, Simons scored 33 and Tucker added 27. Charles Trott led the bowling attack with figures of 10-2-27-3.
In reply PHC were bowled all out for 105, captain Khiry Furbert was the top scorer with 34, while guest player Fiqre Crockwell added 22, another guest player Stephen Bremar chipped in with 18.
