31 Year Old Man Denies Sexual Offences

A 31-year-old man appeared in Magistrates Court today [Sept 18] where he pleaded not guilty to charges involving alleged sexual offences.

The man pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting a woman and to intruding on the privacy of the same woman so as to alarm her. Both alleged offences are alleged to have occurred on 4th August 2014.

Magistrate Juan Wolffe set a Mention date of 25th September, granted the man $2,000 bail, required him to provide a surety, ordered him to surrender his travel documents, and also ordered him to have no contact with the female complainant.
