Blue Capital Declares Quarterly Dividend
Bermuda-based Blue Capital Reinsurance Holdings Ltd. has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per common share, which is payable on or before October 15, 2014 to holders of record as of September 30, 2014.
The Company said it “currently intends to distribute a minimum of 90% of its Distributable Income [as defined in its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2013, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 7, 2014], in the form of cash dividends to its common shareholders.”
In addition, the Company expects to release its third quarter 2014 results after the market close on October 27, 2014. The Company will not be hosting a conference call to discuss its results for this quarter.
