Bermuda Aviation Services Share Repurchase

In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange Bermuda Aviation Services Limited announces the one-off repurchase of own shares.

The filing stated “This correspondence is sent to notify the Bermuda Stock Exchange that Bermuda Aviation Services Limited [“BAS”] acquired 12,423 of its shares at $3.21/share in a “one-off” trade that will settle on Monday, September 8, 2014. These shares will be subsequently cancelled.”
