Woman Arrested After Crashing Into Parked Car
A 38 year old St. George’s woman was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving on Saturday [Oct 25] after her car crashed into a parked car on Union Street.
A police spokesperson said, “Around 1am on Saturday, October 25th police officers were dispatched to a reported two vehicle damage only collision on Union Street in Pembroke near the junction with Elliot Street.
“It appears that a car was being driven along Union Street when a collision occurred with a parked car. There were no reported injuries; however both vehicles were damaged.
“The driver, a 38 year old St. George’s woman, was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving. A court appearance is anticipated in due course.”
