Photos: SPCA Fun Fair & Animal Expo
The Bermuda Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals [SPCA] hosted the SPCA Fun Fair & Expo at the Botanical Gardens today [Oct 11]. Despite the impending arrival of Tropical Storm Fay, the weather held up for the event, which was well attended by both humans and animals.
The Expo offered a variety of family and pet focused activities ranging from games, food vendors, petting area, White Elephant Sale, dog show and much more.
The Bermuda SPCA was founded in 1919 and is registered as Charity No. 86 under the Bermuda Charities Act 1978. Their objective is to provide effective, lawful means for the prevention of cruelty to animals, promote the education of the general public on the care and wellbeing of all animals, encourage and promote kindness to animals.
