Garbage Collection Changes Due To Holiday
The Department of Waste Management, Ministry of Public Works, today [Nov 4] advised that due to the Remembrance Day holiday on Tuesday, November 11th, garbage that is normally collected on Tuesdays in the east end, will be collected on Wednesday November 12th and Friday November 14th. The west end garbage will be collected, as per the schedule, on Monday November 10th and Thursday November 13th.
Changes to waste collection days due to public holidays can be found in the 2014 Garbage and Recycling schedule which can be found in the blue pages of the BTC phone book, or downloaded from www.wastemanagement.gov.bm. For further information about waste management telephone 278-0560.
