Hannover Re 10K & Half Marathon Results
Seamus Fearon, Laura Cerge, Maritz Theron and Rachel McGinnis were all crowned Champions during the Hannover Re/BNAA 10K and Half Marathon Road Race that started and finished near the Botanical Gardens this past weekend.
Theron crossed the half marathon finish line in a time of 1:26:46, with McGinnis finishing second clocking a time of 1.27.50.
Trevor Lindsay finished third in a time of 1.28.46 to claim the second male spot, while Jon Smith rounded out the top three male finishers with a time of 1:34.35.
The second female finisher was Vivienne Lochhead recorded a time of 1.37.10 crossing the line seventh overall, with Sharlene Sousa finishing six spots back clocking 1.43.40.
Fearon won the 10K, crossing the line in 36.00, ahead of Neil Lupsic who clocked 38.33 and Ronae Burgess who recorded a time of 40.02.
Cerge finished 6th overall, clocked a time of 41.43, with Sharon Craig finishing as the second female finisher crossed the line 13th overall with a time of 47.35 and Sioned Evans finished 17th overall and the third female finisher clocking 51.01.
