PHC Record 2-1 Win Over Hamilton Parish
Last night [Dec 3] at the BAA Field, the PHC Zebras and Hamilton Parish battled in the Friendship Trophy, with the PHC Zebras recording a 2-1 win over Hamilton Parish.
PHC dominated the play early but found themselves down 1 – 0 after 20 minutes. Ryan Tyrell picked up the ball some 30 yards out carried forward some 5 yards before unleashing a right footed shot that flew into the back of the net.
Eight minutes later the match was level, as Lonnie Bascome outpaced his defender before delivering a pass into the path of Cecoy Robinson, whose right footed shot went in off the upright from some 15 yards out.
The two teams went to the half-time break locked at 1 – 1.
The second half only produced one goal, with Robinson finding the back of the net in the 63rd minute to earn PHC Zebras to right to move on in the Friendship Trophy.
