Photos: Lightning Bolts Over North Shore
The Bermuda Weather Service issued a Thunderstorm Advisory and Gale Warning for this evening [Jan 26], and thunderstorms have been apparent, with lightning bolts visible across some areas of the island. The photos below were taken at approximately 7.40pm this evening, from the Baileys Bay area, looking out towards North Shore.
The Bermuda Weather Service’s forecast for today said, “A frontal system advances through the area tonight, followed by a post-frontal trough Tuesday. Gale conditions continue at times through the night with periods of heavy showers and occasional thunder.”
