Man Denies Receiving $50 Of Stolen Goods
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Mar 17], a 25 year old man denied dishonestly receiving goods knowing them to be stolen.
Alberto DeCouto pleaded not guilty to the single charge that between a date unknown and 12th October 2014 and 29th December 2014, he dishonestly received goods knowing them to be stolen. The value of the alleged item was alleged to be just over $50.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set trial for early June and granted bail at $1,000.
