Photos: Dowling Under 16 Netball Tournament

After three separate attempts to conclude the competition, the 2015 Harold Doc Dowling Under 16 tournament recently resumed with semi-finals and final action, with the Signworx Netts eventually emerging as the tournament winners.

In the semi-finals, an all Young Men Social Club battle saw the Bluebirds Junior’s defeat the Bluebirds Younguns 6 – 2, while the Signworx Netts defeated the North Village Lady Rams 13 – 12.

In the final, the Signworx Netts defeated the Young Men Social Club Bluebirds Junior’s 15 – 13 in order to claim the tournament title.

In related play, the Senior Double Elimination Tournament saw the Young Men Social Club Lady Bluebirds go undefeated on their way to winning the title, defeating the Signworx Netts 27 – 13 in the final.
