Saturday Afternoon: BPS Community Clinic
Paget residents are encouraged to attend a ‘Meet Your CAT Officers’ – Police Community Clinic from 12 noon until 4pm on Saturday, 2nd May 2015 at the Rural Hill Plaza [Ice Queen] in Paget hosted by the Central Community Action Team [CCAT].
A police spokesperson said, “At the event area residents will have the opportunity to meet their Community Action Team officer[s], discuss any concerns they may have about ongoing anti-social or criminal activity in their neighbourhoods and receive Neighbourhood Watch Group information as well as crime prevention advice and pamphlets.
“In addition to having a static post, Community Action Team officers will also be conducting foot patrols of the immediate area, specifically along White Sands Road, to engage residents that may not be in a position to attend the Rural Hill Plaza during Saturday afternoon’s community clinic.
“This is the second in a recent series of community engagements with central parish residents; the first was held last Friday, 24th April at C-Mart on North Shore Road in Pembroke.”
