Somerset Trojans Are Premier Division Champs
The Somerset Trojans were recently crowned Champions at the Somerset Cricket Club, following their 3 – 0 win over the Southampton Rangers.

The Somerset Trojans took the lead on the half hour when Alton Trott found the back of the net, they would take that lead to the break.
Six minutes into the second half the Somerset Trojans went ahead 2 – 0, through a Jaz Ratteray-Smith lobbed shot from the edge of the box that dipped in under the crossbar. In the 78th minute Ratteray-Smith adds his second of the game to make it 3 – 0 to the Somerset Trojans and started the celebration.
The three nil defeat leaves the Southampton Rangers in trouble as St. George’s Colts only need to win on Sunday and they stay up and Southampton Rangers get relegated.
Flanagan’s Onions 1 – Dandy Town Hornets 5
At the BAA Feld the Dandy Town Hornets ended their season on the same field they opened the season, and they scored the same amount of goals as they defeated the Flanagan’s Onions 5 – 1.
The Dandy Town Hornets were looking to improve their goal average and hoping that the Southampton Rangers could defeat the Somerset Trojans.
The Dandy Town Hornets scored five unanswered goals in the first half, Angelo Simmons and Temiko Wilson both scored twice while Clay Darrell after hitting the post added the other. Markez Laws scored ten minutes into the second half for Flanagan’s Onions as they were relegated with the 5 – 1 loss.
Devonshire Cougars 1 – North Village Rams 5
At the Devonshire Rec. the North Village Rams put together a performance to get away from the relegation talk with a convincing 5 – 1 win over the Devonshire Cougars. Keishen Bean led the way with a hat-trick, while Demtre Daniels and Pierre Smith added a goal each, while Machi Battersbee scored the lone goal for the Devonshire Cougars.
