Woman Denies Indecent Act In Front Of Child
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Aug 26], a 20-year-old woman pleaded not guilty to the charge that she committed an indecent act in the presence of a child intending it to be seen by that child.
Magistrate Archie Warner set trial for November 2015, and granted bail at $6,000 with one surety.
