30-Year-Old Man Charged With Sexual Assault
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Oct 16], a 30-year-old man pleaded not guilty to a charge that in October 2015, he sexually assaulted a woman who the Crown Prosecutor said was a female tourist.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set trial for December 2015, granted bail of $5,000, required the man, who is a contract worker on the island, to surrender his travel documents, and ordered that he have no further contact with the woman.
