Photos: Vehicle Fire On Reid Street In Hamilton
At approximately 3:17pm on Saturday [Oct 10], the Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service responded to a report of a vehicle fire on Reid Street in Hamilton near the Chancery Lane.
Fire Service spokesperson Sergeant Russann Francis said, “The vehicle was reported to have visible smoke and flames emitting from under the bonnet of the car.
“The Fire Service responded to the incident with one vehicle staffed with four firefighters who extinguished the fire using a booster reel hand line.
“There was nobody hurt as a result of this incident. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.”

Most of these vehicle fires are caused by poor and inexperienced wiring of powerful cd/radios and speakers.
It would be nice to know what make of car it was.
