Mansfield’s match report said, “Lambe scored a late header to ensure the Stags returned to One Call Stadium.
“The Bermudian winger was thrilled to get his first goal of the season and hopes he can push on from here for the rest of the campaign.
“It’s a great moment to get my first goal of the season and get the three points for the team,” Lambe said.
“[I thought] just try to get it on target and make sure the ‘keeper can’t save it. Especially because I missed a chance before I was determined to score before the game was up.

Nahki Wells
Nahki Wells and Huddersfield Town defeated the MK Dons 2-0, with Wells scoring in the 58th minute.
Huddersfield’s match report said, “Huddersfield Town recorded a third win of the campaign against MK Dons, with Nahki Wells and substitute Jamie Paterson grabbing the goals.
“Town doubled their clean sheet tally for the season on the night, with the win moving the Terriers above MK Dons, who were level on points before the match kicked off.
“The goal came – thanks largely to a huge error from Dons centre back Kyle McFadzean. The Terriers had planned to press the Dons high all evening and under pressure, he inadvertently slipped in Nahki Wells who went one on one with David Martin and finished comprehensively to give Town the lead.”
