Teens Plead Guilty To Assaulting Another Teen
Appearing in Magistrates Court today [Nov 10], two teenagers pleaded guilty to assaulting a 15-year-old at the bus terminal.
Tarik Ebbin and Adonis Robinson pleaded guilty to assaulting a 15-year-old male at the Hamilton Bus Terminal on 11th September.
The Crown Prosecutor told Magistrate Archie Warner that around 11:00am on 11th September, the altercation occurred, which resulted in the 15-year-old having his shirt ripped, his face bruised, being knocked to the ground, and kicked in the head and body. Police arrested both Ebbin and Robinson around 2:00pm that same day.
Magistrate Warner ordered Social Inquiry Reports and set sentencing for 14th December. The pair were granted bail at $1,000 each with each required to have a Surety.
