Fatal Collision: 26-Year-Old Pleads Not Guilty
Appearing in Supreme Court today [Dec 1], a 26-year-old man pleaded not guilty in connection with the collision that resulted in the death of 22-year-old La-Nae Woodley.
Patrick Richardson also plead not guilty to the alternate charges of causing death by driving whilst impaired, and causing grievous bodily harm to the pillion passenger on the biker that night.
Mr Richardson then plead not guilty to a second alternative charge of causing bodily harm by dangerous driving.
Mr Richardson was given a trial date in March 2016.
