Man Charged With Causing GBH While Driving
Appearing in Magistrates Court today [Dec 4], Mr Teledo Breary, 35 pleaded not guilty to causing grievous bodily harm by driving dangerously, on Point Finger Road in Paget in October 2014.
The Crown Prosecutor told Senior Magistrate Juan Wolffe that the complainant had suffered a fractured left femur, fractured ribs and a damaged lung.
The Magistrate set trial for March and granted bail at $3,000.
