“The Loren Bermuda’s Writers in Residence weekend serves as the launch of The Loren Library, curated by Brisa Carleton, author of Last Call at the Savoy and former CEO and current standing board member of the Princess Grace Foundation-USA – The Loren Library is designed to bring the spirit of storytelling into the heart of every stay. The collection will live where guests unwind most: within the hotel’s suites and villas, inviting guests to discover titles that reflect The Loren’s point of view—elevated, transportive, and deeply intentional.
“To extend the experience beyond the page, The Loren Library will be paired with a bespoke cocktail and tea menu inspired by guests’ reading styles and the genres or titles they’re most drawn to—creating a playful, personalized ritual that connects literature with the sensory pleasures of a Bermuda escape. The result is a stay that feels curated, intimate, and distinctly “Loren”: design-forward, culturally engaged, and quietly immersive.
“As a permanent fixture of the hotel’s offerings, The Loren Library will also serve as an anchor for ongoing programming, including continued Writers in Residence events and an annual residency series planned for 2026 and 2027, reinforcing The Loren’s commitment to cultural experiences that feel editorial, meaningful, and rooted in place.
