Man Denies Wounding & Growing Cannabis
Appearing in Magistrates Court today [Jan 18], Kyle Smith pleaded not guilty to cultivating cannabis in Warwick in March 2014.
He also pleaded not guilty to unlawfully wounding another man and having a bladed article in his possession. These two charges stem from an alleged action in Devonshire in January 2016.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set trial on the three matters for April 2016. Mr Smith was further remanded into custody on these charges.
