Court: 38-Year-Old Man Charged With Prowling

A 38-year-old man appeared in Magistrates Court where he denied charges of prowling and being in possession of a crowbar and bladed article.

Kenneth Boyles pleaded not guilty to charges that in January 2016, he prowled about a house in Devonshire; not being at his place of abode was in possession of a crowbar; and that, without reasonable excuse, he possessed a bladed article in the form of a knife.
