NMAC Welcomes New Pulmonary Medical Expert
Dr. Ervin Anaya, lung and intensive care specialist, joins Northshore Medical and Aesthetics Center [NMAC] this month.
Dr. Anaya completed his Internal Medicine residency training at East Tennessee State University and his Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship training at the University of Louisville, Kentucky. He has practiced medicine in Bolivia, Aruba and the U.S.A.
Dr. Anaya is American Board Certified In Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. He has a keen interest in COPD, Asthma and diagnosis of Lung Nodules.
He performs bronchoscopic procedures as part of the evaluation of patients with suspected lung cancer. He has published articles and presented several abstracts at annual conferences of the American College of Chest Physicians. He is a member of that organization as well as of the American Thoracic Society.
Dr. Anaya is currently located in private practice in Louisville, KY where he focuses on smoking cessation, management of COPD and Asthma, and bronchoscopic diagnosis of lung nodules. He also manages hospitalized patients in the Intensive Care Unit in critical condition receiving artificial life support.

Dr. Anaya follows the recent addition of Rheumatologist, Dr Viviane Bunin and Cardiologist, Dr Ofer Sagiv. Each Specialist is open to new patients [by physician’s referral] during their monthly visits to NMAC.
