New Luxury Hotel Condominiums On The Market
Bermuda’s newest luxury hotel condominium residences have arrived, with Rego Sotheby’s International Realty’s partner and exclusive listing agent Penny MacIntyre introducing the Villas at The Loren to Bermudian and international buyers.
“It’s been seven years since the island has seen newly built hotel residences,” the company said. “In Tucker’s Town, at the site of the former Pink Beach Hotel, the Villas at The Loren seamlessly blend contemporary interiors with refined casual living, while creating the opportunity for discerning real estate homeowners / investors to participate in the hospitality program.
“Flexibility and functionality prevail in the stand-alone two-storey three-bedroom, three-bathroom villas comprising fireplace, balcony, open plan kitchen, dining area, lounge, laundry room and private plunge pool.
“The option is yours,” advises Ms. MacIntyre, “Decide between enjoying a year-round private residence or lock-off any combination of the three ensuite bedrooms and participate in the hospitality program.
“If you prefer the conveniences of living within the boutique hotel, you may consider the Penthouse suite available for long term rental.”
The company said, “Perhaps the greatest benefit of this waterfront property is the location.
“In the exclusive neighbourhood of Tucker’s Town in Hamilton Parish, the Villas at The Loren are within close proximity to the airport, Mid Ocean and Tucker’s Point Golf Clubs and the sparkling waters of Bermuda’s South Shore.
“The boutique enclave embraces privacy with the finest attention to detail to feel right at home in paradise,” said Ms. MacIntyre.
“From the moment one enters the resort, immerse yourself with the first-class services of the boutique hotel complete with tennis courts, a full-service luxury spa, oceanside pools and the private beach club. Relax along the warm pink sands or dine in one of two seaside restaurants with cascading views.”
The Villas at The Loren are listed at US$4,200,000. For enquiries or to view the Villa showroom, please contact Penny MacIntyre of Rego Sotheby’s International Realty at 441.299.1508 or pmacintyre@regosir.com.
Now this is truly a feather in the Bermudians cap
Congratulations – not easy to do!
Looks nice.
Hopefully at this price they will sell.
Am anxiously awaiting the hotel.
ah yes the 1%
Don’t forget – sometimes we need that 1% to help the rest of us succeed.
We all better hope the 1% does stay and work to cover the cost of the civil service!
Beautiful places indeed. Wait till the first hurricane comes and washes threw their front door.
“…washes THREW their front door”? I assume a hurricane interfered with your bad spelling habits!
“Fantasea” I must disagree with you… I’d lived above Tuckers Point Beach for plus 15 years having experienced quite a few storms and yes, hurricanes without damages to the buildings only to the trees. Point is, they can be / are designed for the location and 9 out of 10 time they will be safe…
If I buy one can I get residency?
Sorry, Bermuda isn’t for sale no matter what the OBA says.
No! No! No!
Not without a march and a protein shake.
Did I read the above correct; $4 million?
I just bought 20 acres in North Carolina $80,000
Who wants to live in North Carolina though?
….congratulations? $4 million seems like a fair price given the neighborhood and all of the amenities this resort comes with, for those who can afford it.
How are these luxury? Interior built like most new Bermuda homes with basic design furniture. I don’t get it, except for the price!
Very Nice !! Let the sales begin !!:
Does anyone actually talk like that? I hope that Bernews is quoting from a brochure!
Look nice, any going for less than $1million?
Elaborate,Elegant,Illustious,Beautiful, and out of reach of any Bermudians.Foreign Capital,Foreign Buyers,Foreign,clients.O.B.A. plans for replacing the Old Bermudian with The New Bermudian,as soon as they change the Immigration Laws to adjust,to the influx and get the old present Bermudians to go,,,,,,,,anywhere,,,,,but around here…Fahy smile you are on candid camera.P.L.P.get ready to dig in and do /some real work.with the Peoples Movement,B.I.U./B.P.S.A./Musicians Union/Teachers Union and all the People that you can Mobilise. It’s on.The land grab is on.Glimpses of the future /Peace.
Breathtaking and so attractively furnished. A real plus for Bermuda!
4.2 million, are you kidding me? This is absurd. Who is going to buy these places? Oh, that’s right all those foreigners that you don’t want on your island. Good Luck selling these, beautiful they may be but 4.2 million is an absolute joke.
No one buying guide those my friends.
Nice looking places, but I must say they aren’t for the average Bermudian’s wallet. Seems as tho they definitely had foreigners in mind while building. Now with foreigners buying they’ll be expecting status. Smh, IJS……
Should they have built something like that beautiful Atlantic thing on south shore that did so well?
No mate, “you have the bull by his testicles attempting to get milk” My point is, these “foreigners” you refer to will bring big bucks to the Bermudian economy but some people fail to accept this fact.
Loose the round ball in the living room !
Ann! You cant please them all.
Grand Atlantis is a catch 22. So ! I would reverse the concept either way it cost money, it is just sitting there.
Its a condominium on the waters edge every one.
As i see it the Grand Atlantic has tremendous prospects compared with a high rise in Miami, all it takes is conceptual vision starting with something more appealing with a more appropriate external appearance, loose the chain link fence , enhance landscaping; pool; health spar; beach pavilion; trees; gardens; tennis court; and much much more along with Marketing and a name change.
Do some thing that Dubai has not done with their waterfront units.
” The cottage in a pretty garden is worth more than a mansion near city dump. “
The Rego ad doesn’t give the square footage but from the description the villas are smaller than villas at Shipp’s Hill Tucker’s Point. There are still some villas at Shipp’s Hill for less money and have not sold for at least five years. The $4.2 million price will be $5 million by move-in day. With resort fee, taxes, utilities, insurance, etc. and the new owner will need $175,000 to cover those costs per year without the cost of physically living in the villa. Buyers with that kind of wealth won’t be the kind to block off a room or two for rent. I wish them good luck but I don’t see Pink Beach attracting buyers that will pay the premium to own a villa in Bermuda.
What happened to 80 plus room hotel that was conditional on the rest of the approval? When can we expect to see that operating and bringing holiday makers to Bermuda? Please tell me I am wrong and that they are on line to be completed.
