Court: 31-Year-Old Man Denies Sexual Assault
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [May 4], a 31-year-old man pleaded not guilty to a charge of sexual assault on a woman on 26 September 2015.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo ordered that the defendant, who cannot be legally named at this stage of the proceedings, appear again in Court for Mention on May 25th, and granted bail in the amount of $5,000 with a proviso that the man must not have any contact with the complainant.
