New Operator At City Service Station On June 1st

Sol Petroleum Bermuda Ltd. said they welcome H and M Service Stations Ltd., the new dealer for the Esso branded City Service Station.

“As of June 1st, 2016 Mr. Robert Holdipp, and his team members will be focused on delivering premier customer service and high quality products at the City Service Station,” a spokesperson said. “The team will be led and the operation managed ‘on site’ by Mr. Holdipp, co-founder of H and M Service Stations Ltd. ”

“We are happy to welcome the enthusiasm of another family based team and the “hands on” leadership Mr. Holdipp will bring to this important 24 hour operation” said Jonathan Brewin, General Manager of Sol Petroleum Bermuda Ltd.

Mr. Holdipp who has worked as Assistant Manager for Meyer Freight for the past decade will be supported in his new endeavour by the Meyer Group which will provide back office support.

As part of the transition all existing full and part time staff with City Service Station will be offered an equivalent position to work for the new company.

To that end it only makes sense for us to treat our employees accordingly”.

Sol Bermuda Ltd expressed significant appreciation to the owners of FC Service Station Ltd. for being trusted business partners at City Service Station for over 10 years and look forward to their continued focus on Collectors Hill and Warwick, both Esso branded Service Stations.

This transaction responds to Sol’s strategy of ensuring all business operations achieve maximum potential through continued development, and broadening of the dealer network.
