PLP C#15 Annual Hamper Drive This Saturday
The members of PLP Branch Constituency 15 will be holding their annual Hamper Drive at Grace Methodist Church this Saturday, December 17th.
Shadow Minister of National Security Walter Roban said, “We welcome donations of non-perishable food items and toiletries to be given in hampers for needy individuals and families in our community. Food vouchers are also gratefully accepted. Many persons in our communities are in dire need and it is our aim to assist wherever possible.
“Collection of items for hampers will officially take place this Saturday starting at 8:00 am at the Grace Methodist Church. Last year we hosted a very successful drive and accommodated many families.
“This will be followed by a small Christmas party for children in the community starting at 1:00 pm and ending at 4:00pm. Persons wishing to receive a hamper are also welcome at this time.
“We look forward to receiving the community’s support in doing the same this year and thank you for your giving spirits.
