Ariel Re High School Rugby League Results
The first round of the Bermuda Rugby Football Union’s Ariel Re High School League Season got underway at the National Sports Center.
A triple header took place with 102 points put on the board, with the biggest win of the evening coming in the second game that saw Saltus defeat the Bermuda Institute 44 – 0 in Under 18 Division action..

Under 16′s: CedarBridge Academy 5 Berkeley 21
The opening match of the 2017 season saw Berkeley show their dominance with a 21 – 5 win over Cedarbridge Academy. Berkeley got tries from George Peets, Ciari Albouy and Jakee Simmons, with Simmons kicking all three Conversions, Andre Woolery scored the lone unconverted try for the Cedarbridge Academy.
Under 16′s: CedarBridge Academy 15 Berkeley 17
Two different teams took to the field for the second game between the two school, with Berkeley once again coming out on top this time 17 – 15.
Berkeley got tries from Nadre Tuzo, Cairi Albouy and Daylon Whitter, with Jakee Simmons kicking one Conversions. Cedarbridge got tries from Chiquon Smith, Andre Woolery and Paulo Sousa.
Under 18′s: Saltus 44 Bermuda Institute 0
Saltus scored early and often as they defeated the Bermuda Institute 44 – 0, Saltus got 2 tries from Dylan Somerville and Daniel Excell, while Kai Williams, Henry Durossesau, Neil Figured and Cameron DeSte Croix all added a try each, Tyler Kendall added 2 Conversions.
